You purchased your product directly through Decotreed website such as www.decotreed.com . We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
Damages and Product Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In your email, please provide your order number, the item number you are inquiring about, and pictures of the item. Please note that if this is not done within 30 days after receipt of the package, Decotreed will no longer be able to assist in any damages or defects.
After Decotreed reviews the email, if we deem there is damage to the item or an issue with a defect, we will provide return shipping labels to the customer.
Non-Returnable items
All items are no longer eligible for return 30-days after receipt of the item.
We also do not accept returns on items that are final sale or purchased by use of gift card.

Refunds for Returns
We will provide an email update once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days on the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take 3-7 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
Please note that if the credit card used for the original method of payment has expired or is no longer valid, we will be unable to process a refund.
